BelCel JV, IMT-MC-450 operator in Belarus congratulates company “Moscow Cellular Communications” on the new generation network commercial launching in Moscow that is provided under the brand Skylink.  Opening of Skylink network in Moscow has become a new step in telecom services development in Russia. We are confident that Skylink subscribers shall appreciate a wide range of services provided by the operator at their true value.
The works on commercial roaming realization between DIALLOG network and Moscow network Skylink shall be completed to the end of the current year. Subscribers of the advanced networks shall get the opportunity of unlimited communication in Moscow and its surrounding suburbs, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, in all major cities of Belarus. In the future new IMT-MC-450 operators from Russia and abroad shall join the created roaming area.
