The unique service DIALLOG-CHAT (access number 920 - from cellphones DIALLOG and NMT) has been estimated at its true value by company subscribers. Numerous users’ responses enabled to improve the operation of this service. DIALLOG thanks all our subscribers who actively participated in the testing.

Starting from December 15, 2003 the connection to number 920 of DIALLOG-CHART shall be chargeable. Cost per one call minute under all tariff plans round- the-clock shall amount to 39 BYR at every minute tariffication.
