Dear Subscribers!
Please, be informed that the rules of dialing to direct Minsk numbers of BelCel JV subscribers have been changed. From January 15, 2005 to make a call to the direct Minsk number owned by a company subscriber from all inhabited localities of Belarus, except Minsk PSTN (Minsk city telephone network) you need:

• to dial 8 029 476xxxx instead of 8 029 276xxxx;
  
• to dial 8 029 482xxxx instead of 8 029 282xxxx.

To make a call to the direct Minsk number from the city of Minsk you need to dial:

To dial the number of BelCel subscriber from other places of Belarus (except PSTN- Minsk city telephone network):

Starting from January 15, 2004 subscribers of BelCel JV while dialing the direct Minsk numbers according to the old rules shall be informed about the changes by the automatic answering machine.
