Belcel (trade mark DIALLOG) has commenced trial for BREW service and applications, under agreement with Qualcomm company. The trial will be internal to the company employees. Following trial completion, Qualcomm and DIALLOG will begin discussions on the terms of a BREW Operator Agreement with the potential of commercial BREW deployment by DIALLOG in 2004.
