Numerous responses and requests received during the period of CCIS test operation that lasted for about two months enabled us to improve service operation. DIALLOG thanks all its subscribers who actively participated in this testing. Commercial operation of CCIS starts from November 1, 2004. One-time payment at the service activation shall come to 5 000 BYR. The payment shall not be charged from the subscribers who have been activated during the test operation (and keep on using it).

Customer Care Internet Service enables to serve DIALLOG subscribers via Internet. CCIS provides the subscriber with the capability to get independently the present-day information about his account statement, to add/cancel services, to order bills and itemized bills by e-mail, to perform other operations on his personal account.
