From June 15, 2005 BelCel JV introduces additional special-purpose tariff plans ”Data Transmission-Bank” and “Data Transmission-Business”.
The new tariff plans have been especially developed with taking into consideration the subscriber target groups and actual consumption of received/transferred data per each group.
”Data transmission-Bank”
1. Way of payment - credit;
2. Only the legal entities that own the license to provide banking services can be activated to this tariff plan;
3. Bundled services per month cost 50 000 BYR. The package includes:
- Data services within the network at the volume of 150 Mb;
- Unlimited maximal data rate;
- Each megabyte over the bundled minutes per month costs 300 BYR;
- Capability of Internet access - not available;
4. All other services are provided in accordance with the terms and tariffs that are current for the tariff plan “Union”.
“Data Transmission- Business”
1. Way of payment- credit;
2. Cost of service package - 50 000 BYR per month. The package includes:
-5000 minutes per month;
-Unlimited maximal data rate;
-Each minute of data transmission over the bundled services within the network per month - 25 BYR;
-Unit of tariffication for a data service is 1 second of the connection duration;
- Capability of Internet access - not available
2. All other services are provided in accordance with the terms and tariffs current for the tariff plan “Union”
New information about the existent tariff plan “Data Transmission- Technological”:
1. From July 1,2005 the subscriber fee shall be increased to 160 000 BYR.
- Way of payment - credit
-Unlimited maximal data rate, unlimited number of minutes for data transmission, unlimited volume of received/transmitted data;
- Capability of Internet access - not available
2. All other services are provided in accordance with the terms and tariffs current for the tariff plan “Union”
To July 1,2005 - payment for the migration from the tariff plan “Data Transmission-Technological” to the tariff plan “Data Transmission-Bank” or “Data Transmission-Business’ shall not be charged.
Change in the line of “Data Transmission” tariff plans is caused by the objective necessity that provides every subscriber with the right to chose the most beneficial tariff plan appropriate to his consumer characteristics.
