BelCel JV Ltd. (trade mark DIALLOG) has just finished all the works related with transferring the subscribers of the cellular mobile network of NMT – 450 standard to the cellular mobile network of IMT – MC – 450 standard (CDMA technology). Collegium of the Ministry of Communication of the Republic of Belarus on March 9, 2006 took a decision allowing to BelCel JV Ltd. to stop providing communication services of the cellular mobile network of NMT – 450 standard. Now all the subscribers of the DIALLOG network can get a high quality voice communication and all the spectrum of services of the modern cellular mobile network of IMT-МС-450 standard including high speed data transfer (up to 153 kbps) and EV-DO (high speed data transfer up to 2Mbps).
