On February 17, 2006 the new chief operating officer of BelCel JV Ltd. Aurel Niculescu has proceeded to business.

Mr. Niculescu is a citizen of the Republic of Roumania. He used to work as a director of corporate sales in Vodafone (Roumania). Before that he was a sales manager in Zapp and director of sales and strategic development in Raiffeisen Bank (Roumania).

In his new capacity Mr. Niculescu will be charged with the development and realization of commercial strategies of the company which would meet the requirements of the market and ensure a stable development of the business.
