The Action on granting 100% discount for a monthly fee under the tariff plan Jazz + and 100% discount for 100 minutes of outgoing calls within the territory of the Republic of Belarus (except internal traffic) per month, which is carried out from July 15, 2003 to August 31, 2003 shall be extended to September 30, 2003.  

The discounts shall be valid within three months from the date of activation!
