Press-cutting service service of the first wireless operator in Belarus BelCel JV (brand name DIALLOG) announces introduction of the new tariff plans - “5 STARS” and “5 STARS-EXTRA”.

“ We create new tariff offers that enable our subscribers to speak by phones as much as they want and save their money at maximum. The calls to all telephone networks of Belarus have been already included into the minimal monthly fee under the “star” tariffs. “5 STAARS” and “5 STARS-EXTRA” are worked up for the users who need a qualitative wireless communication in combination with reasonable costs”, Chief of Marketing department Mrs. Marina Schegoleva has commented on the tariff line expansion.

“5 STARS”- the new tariff plan of DIALLOG without a subscription fee. The monthly fee at the amount of 19 900 rub. includes 25 outgoing minutes to GSM networks, 25 outgoing minutes to Minsk city phones, 25 outgoing minutes to wire network of Belarus, 25 outgoing minutes for intranet calls and 25 SMS- messages. All calls are charged per 30 second.

In case you exceed the number of bundled services the cost per one minute of connection shall come to: -280 rub/min - to other wireless networks of Belarus; -180 rub/min - to Minsk city phones and wire network of Belarus; 25 rub/min - to DIALLOG Calls within the network of total duration less then 60 seconds are not charged.

“5 STARS-EXTRA” - a new unique offer from DIALLOG. At the activation the subscriber gets one of Huawei handsets at his option and the package of services that includes 30 outgoing minutes to GSM networks, 30 outgoing minutes to Minsk city phones, 30 outgoing minutes to wire network of Belarus, 30 outgoing minutes for intranet calls and 30 outgoing SMS messages. Having activated to “5 STARS-EXTRA” the subscriber can speak within the network within any time or call duration limits.

For the first time DIALLOG offers its subscribers to avail of second tariffication for outgoing calls starting from the initial second. Monthly payment at the activation to “5 STARS-EXTRA” shall come to 54 000 rub.
In case you exceed the number of bundled services the cost per one minute of connection shall come to:
-270 rub/min - to other wireless networks of Belarus;
-170 rub/min - to Minsk city phones and wire network of Belarus;
