Press-cutting service of the first cellular telecommunications operator in Belarus BelCel JV informs that company rolls out a new brand. Starting from July 15, 2003 telecommunications services in cdma2000 standard are provided under the independent name "diallog".
New 3G digital standard appearance in Belarus has changed the idea of the ideal quality of cellular communications. New "diallog" network realizes all positive features of the cellular operator: reliable communications, free calls within the network, free incoming calls, no monthly fee, environmental safety of mobile phones, a wide variety of tariff plans, transparent payments with subscribers, free minutes for Internet access that are granted in the form of a bonus.
All tariff plans worked out for cdma2000 standard now are offered for the subscribers of "diallog" network. Simultaneously with the new brand rollout BelCel JV announces the introduction of the new tariff plan JAZZ+ for "diallog" network.
