Press-cutting service of the first cellular telecommunications operator in Belarus BelCel JV informs that the new tariff plan “DATA TRANSMISSION” is available for legal entities in “diallog” network.

Developing the new tariff plan we’ve taken into consideration the interests of the companies, which need to have a high-speed and qualitative Internet access from any location of “diallog” service area. Cost of bundled minutes per month comes to 21 000 BYB. This cost includes 30 MB of incoming and outgoing traffic. Each additional MB costs 500 BYB. Tarification for the tariff plan “DATA TRANSMISSION” is computed in 10 KB.

Bonus! For the subscribers activated to 1 September 2003 under the tariff plan “DATA TRANSMISSION” the data services that exceed the total volume of 30 MB are not charged.

Subscribers activated under the tariff plan “diallog” are provided with all the services available in “diallog” network. Tarification for (voice communications and) value-added services shall be made according to the tariff plan UNION.

BelCel JV is the first cellular operator in the Republic of Belarus. The company has been providing cellular communications services since May 1993.
Since February 2003 BelCel JV provides cellular communications services in cdma2000 standard. At present time 3G network operates on the territory that inhabited by more than 50% of urban population of Belarus.
BELCEL network covers in total 61% of the national territory. 72% of commonwealth reside on this territory including 79% of urban population.
BELCEL network numbers about 20 000 subscribers. Starting from July 15, 2003 telecommunications services in cdma2000 standard are rendered under the brand “diallog”.
