On September 26, 2003 at the medical center “Nordin”, Surganova St, 476 (opposite to the department store “Riga”) a new company Sales & Service Center has been opened. Working hours of the service center are: working days - from 9:00 to 21:00, days off -from 10:00 to 18:00.

New Sales & Service Center has become the forth one in the capital.

BelCel JV is the first cellular operator in the Republic of Belarus. The company has been providing cellular communications services since May 1993.

Starting from July 15, 2003 telecommunications services in cdma2000 standard are rendered under the brand DIALLOG.

DIALLOG network covers in total 61% of the national territory. 72% of commonwealth reside on this territory including 79% of urban population.
