First telecom operator in the Republic of Belarus company BelCel JV (brand name DIALLOG) congratulates subscribers of cellular networks, all professionals of telecommunication branch on this remarkable event. Number of telecom network users has surpassed one million!
“Million subscribers – is a serious showing of mobilization in Belarus. Undoubtedly, the first step was made when a telecom operator had entered Belarusian market more than ten years ago. I’m pleased to emphasize that BelCel JV has become a father of cellular communications in Belarus and brought the meaning of “ a mobile phone” to our people. We’ve made our own decent contribution on these million subscribers. I’m sincerely glad that telecommunications has become popular, therefore the second million shall not keep waiting”, Mr. Artem N. BelCel JV is the first telecom operator in the Republic of Belarus. The company has been providing cellular communications services since May 1993. Starting from July 15, 2003 telecom services in cdma2000 standard are rendered under the brand DIALLOG. Company network covers in total 61% of the national territory. 72% of commonwealth reside on this territory including 79% of urban population.
