Free calls within the network – a business card of Diallog

Starting from February 6, 2003 when the company launched a new digital standard into the market BelCel JV made the unique offer to its subscribers – free calls within the network to the end of the current year.

Press-cutting service of the first telecom operator in Belarus BelCel JV announces the extension of the validity period for this unique offer. DIALLOG subscribers shall keep a possibility of free internal traffic.

“Free calls within the network have become a business card of DIALLOG telecommunications. Stable increase in number of calls within DIALLOG network shows that our offer finds its consumer. Active calls of our subscribres are the best acknowledgement of a high quality provided by our modernized network. Our subscribers have an opportunity to communicate with each other without any limitation of time and call duration”, Director General of BelCel JV Mr. Artem N. Orange has commented on the decision.

Mr. Marian Raianu, Commercial Director of the company has noted that “DIALLOG is one of a few companies in the world and the only one telecom operator in Belarus that provides its subscribers with a free of charge communication within the network. This tariff offer enables subscribers to reach new stages in their business. Free internal calls – a luxury that only subscribers of the most innovative telecom network of Belarus can afford themselves”.

 
Supplementary information
BelCel JV is the first telecom operator in the Republic of Belarus. The company has been providing cellular communications services since May 1993. Starting from July 15, 2003 telecom services in cdma2000 standard are rendered under the brand DIALLOG.
Company network covers in total 61% of the national territory. 72% of commonwealth reside on this territory including 79% of urban population.
