Press-cutting service of the first telecom operator in Belarus BelCel JV (cellular communications under the brand name DIALLOG) announces the introduction of the new tariff plan FAVORITE.

“There is a tradition to make presents on the eve of Christmas. DIALLOG gifts the new beneficial tariff plan FAVORITE to our new subscribers. The lowest monthly fee and inexpensive calls to fixed network enable this tariff plan to become the most attractive offer in the telecom market. Second and following call hours shall cost greatly lower for the new tariff plan users. It’s noticeable that the flexible tariffication system takes into account interests of the subscribers, which use telecom services on different intensity level”, Commercial Director of BelCel JV Mr. Marian Raianu has commented on the appearance of the new tariff plan. Likewise, Commercial Director has noted that the unique offer – free calls within the network – is available for the FAVORITE subscribers.

Having introduced the new tariff plan DIALLOG proceeds with the program on cost decrease and enhancement of the qualitative telecom services availability in Belarus.

BelCel JV is the first telecom operator in the Republic of Belarus. The company has been providing cellular communications services since May 1993. Starting from July 15, 2003 telecom services in cdma2000 standard are rendered under the brand DIALLOG.
Company network covers in total 61% of the national territory. 72% of commonwealth reside on this territory including 79% of urban population.
