Press-cutting service of BelCel JV announces that one year ago – on February 6,2003 the public system of digital telecommunications in cdma2000 (IMT-MC-450) standard was launched into the commercial operation concurrently continuing to provide services in existing NMT standard.

DIALLOG-CHAT
Voice service, which has no analogue in Belarus. Having dialed number 920 DIALLOG subscribers can talk with each other in on-lime mode. Three rooms are available for communication: “Mobile Acquaintances”, “Humor”, “High Life Conversations”. Talks are absolutely anonymous.

BelCel JV pays special attention to the locations suffered from the accident at Chernobyl nuclear power plant and territories where the development of modern digital network is rather difficult. Time-proved NMT communications currently is available for inhabitants of some remote regions.

BelCel JV was the first company, which more that 10 years ago brought the meaning of “wireless communications” to Belarusian market.
