Tariff plan "Classic" excludes a subscription fee. It's a classic solution for a business and the subscribers that use cellular communications with a mean intensity. This tariff plan provides you with a unique possibility of free calls within BELCEL network. It is not a time offer - you'll speak within BELCEL network while you are our subscriber. Each subscriber is granted a bonus in the form of 200 minutes of a high-speed INTERNET access via the mobile phone. Having connected under this tariff plan you can take the advantage of a direct Minsk number. When three and more handsets are connected simultaneously each forth handset can be purchased at the symbolic price.

¹ - Any outgoing calls to all telephone networks of the Republic of Belarus. Except international calls. International calls are charged according to the company tariffs. Purchased and unused minutes are not transferred to the next month. The subscriber has the right to use bundled minutes at any proportion within the month. Quantity of minutes that included into the payment for a calendar month (when the activation is made) shall be computed according to the tariff plan proportionally to the number of days remained from the day of activation to the end of the month. Difference between the effected prepayment and cost of bundled minutes is moved to the next month.

³ - Except for international calls and calls in service Infoline-085. International calls are paid according to tariffs of the company. Calls in emergency services are not charged.

⁴ - For numbers 029-4XX XXXX payment for incoming calls is not charged. Incoming calls on the direct short numbers are charged separately.

• Additional agreement for two years period is signed with all subscribers activated under the tariff plans FAVORITE, JAZZ+, JAZZ, CLASSIC, OPTIMA, MAXIMA.
